Toyota is an organization that values respects and listening, making everyone feel equal because we respect for people.
As a female employee, I did not experience gender discrimination since I started working here. Toyota is the company of respect, people listen to one another and make me feel equal.
The DE&I policy is relevant to the modern world where we need to adapt and be ready for development. If we limit ourselves by gender or age, we will lose talented people. Therefore, we do not have issues with gender or age bias in career advancement. The DE&I policy is important and enable us to embrace all diversities.
