Toyota Motor Thailand Company Limited ("TMT", "we", "us" or "our") recognizes the importance of protecting your Personal Data (as defined below). In this Privacy Policy ("Policy") there are descriptions about the collection, use, disclosure and / or transfer of your Personal Data obtained from various sources to other countries including your rights and practical guidelines about the said information.
TMT is the data controller who collects, discloses and transfers your Personal Data to foreign countries.
TMT is a juristic person established under the laws of Thailand. Its head office is located at 186/1 Moo.1, Old Railway Road, Samrong Tai Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province 10130.
TMT is part of the Toyota family around the world and is one of the most important manufacturers of Toyota. The objective of the business is to produce and distribute passenger cars and commercial vehicles within Thailand and exports them for sale in various countries worldwide. This includes the after-sales services such as car maintenance, special campaign/benefits giving and other related services for the most benefit and satisfaction of the customers and general public. In addition, TMT is in the process of preparing for a challenging journey by transforming the businesses into the "Mobility Company" that will serve as the center of Toyota's main Asian operations. This can be achieved by using technology as part of the sales and service provisions.

"Personal Data" means any information that can directly or indirectly identify a person but excludes the information of a particular deceased.
You must ensure that all Personal Data provided to us including your and other persons' data are complete, accurate and true.
In the event that you provide us with a copy of your identification card, you are required to redact the religion and blood type information (if any) before submission, as we do not have any intention to process such data. Exceptions apply only where we have explicitly obtained your consent on a case-by-case basis (if applicable).
We may receive and collect your Personal Data via the following means.
We will collect Personal Data for as long as necessary to carry out the Purposes set out in this Policy and pursuant to our duties under law. We may retain your personal data as necessary for compliance with legal requirements or prescription in order to establish of legal claims, or initiate or defend legal claims, or other reasons as set out in our internal policies and guidelines. After your Personal Data is no longer needed or no law is available to enforce the collection, we will delete or destroy those Personal Data without notifying you.
We do not have a purpose or intention to collect personal information from minors under the age of 20, quasi-incompetent persons and incompetent persons. Nevertheless, we may collect minors' personal data in case that you participate any of our activities or contact us. You acknowledge that we can collect, use, and/or disclose your information without your consent if the purpose has a legal basis. However, in cases where consent is required for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your information, you must obtain consent from a parent, legal guardian, or guardian as required by law before contacting us or providing your personal information.
TMT and its dealers are separate legal entities and each have its own privacy policy. If you have any questions about the dealer's Personal Data protection practices and / or if you don't want to receive news updates, public relations, communication and sale promotion of products or services provided by a dealer not related with TMT, please contact that dealer directly.
When you buy or hire purchase a car from a dealer, it will disclose your Personal Data to us. The dealer and us are separate legal entities and you should read the privacy policy of the dealer to understand its guidelines and procedures of the personal information protection including if you do not wish to receive information, publicity, communications, or promotional materials regarding products or services from dealers, please contact the respective dealer directly. This is because dealers in general are often the first contact channel for you. The dealer is therefore able to provide you with answers regarding the protection of the Personal Data, and although TMT encourages the dealers to check that they comply with the Personal Data protection laws in full and TMT provides the information about the Personal Data protection duties to those dealers, TMT is not responsible for the dealers' compliance with the applicable laws.
You have the following rights in your Personal Data that are in our possession. If you wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us by clicking and filling in Data Subject Request Form, ensuring all required information is provided clearly and accurately, and verifying your identity as instructed therein. We recommend using the same information previously provided to us.
You have the right to request for the deletion or destruction of the personal information you have provided above except for the cases of legal exceptions such as collecting for the purpose of agreement performance or establishing legal claims, compliance with the legal claims, using to fight against the legal claims or other purposes specified by laws.
If you exercise the right to object the collection, use or disclosure of such Personal Data, you can also request us to delete them or restrict such use.
This Policy comes into effect on 1 April 2026 and supersedes all of our privacy policies earlier designated.
